Day 1 / 25 November 2026: Istanbul
At 15:45, we will meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport’s International Departures Terminal and complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Abu Dhabi at 18:45 on Turkish Airlines flight TK868.
Day 2 / 26 November 2026: Istanbul–Abu Dhabi – Dubai
Upon our arrival in Abu Dhabi at 00:25, we will be transferred by the vehicle waiting for us to our hotel in Dubai. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, we depart from our hotel for our panoramic city tour. First, we will drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and see Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Madinat Souk panoramically. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach. During our photo stop here, we will see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we continue our tour by vehicle to Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has a walking promenade of approximately 7 km and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we head back to the hotels and then have free time.

Extra Tour: Dinner Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
We first go to the dhow boat in Marina where we will have dinner. As our boat cruises through the marina, we enjoy our open buffet dinner and take in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we head to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping malls, and beneath the world’s tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa; a place that blends luxury with historical character. We enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Those who wish may use free time at Dubai Mall after the tour for shopping or spending time in cafes and restaurants. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 / 27 November 2026: Tarkan Concert
After breakfast, free time. Those who wish may join the extra “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour.” After the tour, we meet at the time specified by our guide for the transfer to the Megastar Tarkan Concert at Abu Dhabi Etihad Arena and depart for Abu Dhabi by our private vehicles. After this enjoyable 1.5-hour journey, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. Accompanied by our guide, we enter the arena and enjoy an unforgettable night with Turkey’s megastar Tarkan, his world-class stage and special production in the area reserved for us. After the concert, transfer back to our hotel in Dubai.
Extra Tour: Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour – Per Person: 70 Euro
Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, offers you a world full of flowers. In the 72,000-square-meter park, famous buildings and structures are transformed entirely into colorful floral displays. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night scenes, and life-size houses. In this place, with many attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements, you will find yourself among more than 150 million blooming flowers.
Also included in this tour, while strolling through Al Bastakiya’s narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets, you will enjoy the atmosphere rich with history and architectural beauty. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored, offering visitors the chance to experience traditional Arab lifestyles. Al Bastakiya is also home to various venues such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Day 4 / 28 November 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Those who wish may join the extra “Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum Tour” and the “Dinner Desert Safari” tour.
Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per Person: 90 Euro
Our pleasant journey to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai’s newest and most popular destinations, begins. The first stop of our tour is Ain Dubai, the world’s largest and tallest observation Ferris wheel. With standard admission included, you will have the chance to enjoy panoramic views of Dubai’s breathtaking cityscape and unique coastline. Then free time is given on Bluewaters Island. During this time, you can explore the island’s restaurants, cafes, and seaside walking areas, and take beautiful photos. After the free time, we visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world’s most famous wax museums. With standard admission included, you will have the chance to see wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and famous artists up close.
Extra Tour: Dinner Desert Safari Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
We are picked up by 4x4 vehicles and can enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After an exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner accompanied by wonderful shows and belly dancing performances. Camel riding is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered free of charge as part of the tour. After dinner and the shows, the tour ends and we return to our hotel in the same 4x4 vehicles that picked us up.
Day 5 / 29 November 2026: Dubai - Abu Dhabi - Istanbul
We remain at our hotel until the transfer time specified by our guide. At the time determined by our guide, our journey to Abu Dhabi Airport begins. After ticketing and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK867 at 07:30. Our arrival will be at 11:20.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be observed: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf should be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
- For our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed: wear sporty and comfortable clothing and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guide of their condition.
- To benefit from advantageous excursion package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is below 20, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- In cases where, due to the fact that the program is processed as VB, or where only category information is provided without naming the hotel and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund/cancellation status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those stated in km. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the package are tours organized to introduce the cities in general, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and are up to 2-3 hours long without museum or archaeological site entrances.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out on the planned day and time due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, roads being closed because of any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
- For our tour programs, the guide greeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are sold as VB. Hotel availability may change in high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style currency that banks would not accept.
- For extra tour purchases, since transactions are conducted in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity will be applied equally.
- Since our package tours are for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the T.C. citizen requires a visa for the relevant country, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- The validity period of guests’ passports must be at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guest.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibility. Consumers are deemed to have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any situation that may prevent boarding.
- For passengers applying for a visa on their own, obtaining the documents needed (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not join or cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to the consulates and similar charges, provided that they submit proof with their passport that the visa was unused no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane lands, routes may change. The aircraft type and time may change, and because hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been disclosed at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if such a room exists at the hotel, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast provided in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests should definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may be fined by the local police in the relevant country. If a guest is penalized for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries, or in being denied entry at the border. Since this is outside BTB TOURS’ control, the parties accept that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route for reasons of economic and time efficiency will wait at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is finished and accept that the group will be picked up by the bus after the excursion ends.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days as long as the content does not change, or they may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
- Tours and excursions that local authorities do not permit to be visited or carried out for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such tours.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline’s rules apply in the relevant case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. These should be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (and, if necessary according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, because the group’s departure was missed, the guest may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles can do so only after the tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are from the group fare, before the desired ticket can be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and convert the ticket from group fare to an economy fare eligible for upgrade, if available. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls/receiving calls.
- Please make sure you take all your belongings with you when briefly or permanently leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain permission from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
