Day 1 / 25 November 2026: Istanbul
At Istanbul Airport, at the Flydubai Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal, we meet at 23:00 before the flight to complete our check-in procedures.
Day 2 / 26 November 2026: Istanbul - Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai at 02:10 on Flydubai Airlines flight FZ754. Upon arrival in Dubai at 07:40, we proceed with our panoramic city tour with our waiting vehicle at the airport. Before the city tour, we head to the area where we will have breakfast as an extra service. After breakfast, we first follow Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and see Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Madinat Souk panoramically. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo stop, we will see the world-famous Burj Al Arab Hotel, the only 7-star hotel in the world. After that, we continue our tour by vehicle to Dubai Marina. After some free time in Dubai Marina, which has a walking path of approximately 7 km and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we head toward the hotels and complete our check-in procedures as of the hotel check-in time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Dinner Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour” in the evening.

We first head to the Dhow boat in Marina, where we will have our dinner. As our boat cruises through the marina, we enjoy our open-buffet dinner and the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we go to Souk Al Bahar, located next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centers and beneath the shadow of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper; a place that combines luxury with historical texture. We take a pleasant stroll through this authentic bazaar reflecting Arab culture. Guests may also spend free time in Dubai Mall after the tour for shopping and enjoy cafés and restaurants. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 / 27 November 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour.” After the tour, we meet at the time specified by our guide for transfer to the Megastar Tarkan Concert at Abu Dhabi Etihad Arena and depart for Abu Dhabi by private vehicles. After this pleasant journey of about 1.5 hours, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. With our guide, we enter the arena and enjoy an unforgettable night in the area reserved for us, experiencing the Megastar of Turkish music, Tarkan, with his world-class stage and special production. After the concert, transfer to our hotels in Dubai.

At Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, a world full of flowers awaits you. In the 72,000-square-meter park, famous buildings and structures are transformed entirely into colorful floral displays. Walk along heart-shaped paths or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and full-scale houses. In this place, with many attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements, you can immerse yourself among more than 150 million blooming flowers. Also included in this tour, as you wander through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya, you will enjoy the atmosphere steeped in history and architectural beauty. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored, offering visitors the chance to experience the traditional Arab way of life. Al Bastakiya also hosts various venues such as art galleries, cafés, and handicraft shops.
Day 4 / 28 November 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Dinner Included Dubai Desert Safari Tour.” Overnight at the hotel.

We are picked up by 4x4 vehicles and can experience unforgettable moments in the desert while watching the sunset. After an exciting and thrilling ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner accompanied by wonderful shows and belly dance performances. Camel riding is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are provided free of charge as part of the tour. After the dinner and shows, the tour ends and we return to our hotel with the same 4x4 vehicles that picked us up.
Day 5 / 29 November 2026: Dubai – Istanbul
In the morning, after breakfast, free time and check-out from our rooms. At the time determined by your tour leader, we start our journey to the airport. After ticketing and customs procedures, we begin our flight to Istanbul at 13:30 on Fly Dubai Airlines flight FZ727. Our arrival is at 17:25.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following must be observed: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. For mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
- For our Desert Safari tour, the following must be observed: Wear sportswear and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink large amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guide of their condition.
- To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- Due to regional demand or seasonal factors, prices for extra tours may change. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
- Since the tour program is processed as VB or category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination to be visited; the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service is also included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status of the cancelled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries, lasting at most 2-3 hours.
- BTB Tours is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out when, on the day and at the time of the tour, places to be visited are closed by local authorities, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
- In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as VB. Hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; no hotel name guarantee is given.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- For extra tour purchases, since transactions are processed in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- Since our package tours are for overseas destinations, foreign language proficiency is the responsibility of the guests.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of booking, along with the general conditions and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Turkish citizens traveling with a green passport must renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited, passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged must be renewed; if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any issues are the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary agency. BTB TOURS has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers register for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling or other errors on the visa that may prevent travel.
- For passengers applying for their own visa, the preparation of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must take this period into account when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not join or cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOURS visa department and this visa service is listed as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount excluding consular fees and similar charges, provided that they submit proof that the visa was unused together with their passport no later than 1 week after the visa end date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or through a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city of landing, routes may vary. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations are disclosed at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfast provided in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the travel passport must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain their travel and health insurance from BTB TOURS or elsewhere, they are required to have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police in the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or entry at border gates; since this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, the parties accept that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- For the purpose of benefiting the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must wait for the group to finish the extra excursion at a nearby facility, accepting this arrangement. Once the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Tours or excursions that local authorities do not allow to be visited or conducted for any reason will not be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or due to personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, since the group’s outbound flight has been missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the city/country by a different flight from the group, transfer from airport to city or airport to hotel is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles may only do so after the ticket is issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before the desired ticket can be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an upgradable economy class, if available. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before departure.
- To use your mobile phone abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for overseas calls/being called.
- Please make sure you take all your belongings when briefly leaving or fully leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip.
- BTB TOURS may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain permission from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of permission.
- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
