1st Day / 25 November 2026: Ankara – Dubai
At 00:30, we meet in front of the Flydubai Airlines counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal and complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai at 03:30 on Flydubai Airlines flight FZ758. Upon arrival in Dubai at 08:25, we head with our waiting vehicle for a panoramic city tour. Before the city tour, we go to the area where we will have breakfast as an extra service. After breakfast, first we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Madinat Souk panoramically. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach. There, during our photo stop, we will see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, we continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has a walking path of approximately 7 km and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we head to the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to the hotel check-in time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Dinner Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour” in the evening.

We first head to the Dhow boat in Marina, where we will have dinner. While our boat sails through the marina, we enjoy our open buffet dinner and take in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we go to Souk Al Bahar, located next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centers and situated in the shadow of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper; this area combines historical texture with the splendor of luxury. We enjoy a pleasant walk in this authentic bazaar, where Arab culture is reflected. Guests who wish may spend free time at Dubai Mall after the tour for shopping and enjoy time in cafés and restaurants. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
2nd Day / 26 November 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour” and “Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour.” Overnight at our hotel.

Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, awaits you with a world full of flowers. In the 72,000-square-meter park, famous buildings and structures are transformed into colorful floral displays. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night scenes, and full-size houses. With many attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements, immerse yourself in more than 150 million blooming flowers. In the same tour, while strolling through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya, you will enjoy the atmosphere steeped in history and the beauty of its architecture. You will also have the chance to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored, offering visitors the chance to experience a traditional Arab lifestyle. Picked up by 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After an exciting and fun ride over the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dance performances. Camel riding is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered free of charge as part of the tour. After dinner and the shows, the tour ends and we return to our hotel again with the 4x4 private vehicles that picked us up.
3rd Day / 27 November 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum.” After the tour, we meet at the time specified by our guide for transfer to the Megastar Tarkan Concert at Abu Dhabi Etihad Arena and depart for Abu Dhabi by private vehicles. After a pleasant 1.5-hour journey, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. Accompanied by our guide, we enter the arena and experience an unforgettable night in the designated section with Turkish music megastar Tarkan’s world-class stage performance and special production. After the concert, transfer to our hotels in Dubai.
Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Price per Person: 90 Euro
Our pleasant journey to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai’s newest and most popular destinations, begins. The first stop of our tour will be Ain Dubai, the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel. With a standard admission ticket included, you will have the opportunity to panoramically view Dubai’s breathtaking city skyline and unique coastline. Then a short free time is given on Bluewaters Island. During this time, you can explore the island’s restaurants, cafés, and seaside promenade, and take pleasant photos. IMPORTANT NOTES
- During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be observed: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. For mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
- In our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed: wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guide.
- To benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid during the tour to the local agency representative.
- Extra tours are operated with a minimum of 20 participants. If fewer than 20 people join, the tour price may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.
- Since reservations are made as VB in the tour program, or because only category information is provided without naming a specific hotel, and/or in cases where options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes to extra tours. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may change depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
- The panoramic city tours included in the package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, narrated by the guide from inside the vehicle, and lasting at most 2-3 hours, excluding museum or archaeological site entrances.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program cannot be carried out due to local authorities closing the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads being closed because of any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guide meet-and-greet for our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are sold as VB. Due to availability, especially in high season or special periods, changes may occur. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
- We recommend guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks in the destination. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type banknotes that banks would not accept.
- For extra tour purchases, since transactions are processed in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- For guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the passport issue date is more than 10 years ago, the passport must be renewed. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only serves as an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no authority or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and any situation that may prevent boarding.
- For passengers applying for a visa on their own, the preparation of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should take this period into account when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding consular fees and similar charges, provided that they submit proof within no later than 1 week after the visa end date that the visa was unused, along with the passport. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of another visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made.
- Depending on the city where the plane lands, routes may change. Aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been disclosed at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER has purchased the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes and hotel changes.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At reservation/registration, the name and surname as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Our guests must have an international travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and they must carry the policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police in the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry into and exit from some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter another country for one or more countries. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties accept that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such cases.
- For tours conducted along the route to provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. After the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for introducing the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or carried out by local authorities for any reason will not be operated. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
- Air seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as one ticket for round trip. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are shown on airport information boards/screens. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed for such reasons or due to personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (and, if necessary according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed because the group flight was missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade flight tickets using miles may do so only after their tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the air seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
- During your trip, when you temporarily or permanently leave the transportation vehicles and hotels you are staying in, please make sure you have taken all your belongings with you.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without changing the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, consent from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, consent from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
