1st Day / 25 November 2026: Istanbul – Dubai
We gather at Istanbul Airport, at the Emirates Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal, at 13:25 and complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai at 16:25 on Emirates Airlines flight EK0124. Upon arrival in Dubai at 21:50, we transfer to our hotels with our waiting vehicle. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd Day / 26 November 2026: Dubai
After breakfast at the hotel, we first drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and enjoy panoramic views of the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Madinat Souk. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach. During our photo stop here, we will see the world-famous Burj Al Arab Hotel, the world’s only 7-star hotel. Afterwards, we continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has a walking path of approximately 7 km and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we head back to the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to the hotel check-in time. Guests who wish may join the optional evening “Dinner Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour.”

We first head to the Dhow boat in Marina, where we will have dinner. As our boat cruises through the marina, we enjoy our open-buffet dinner and take in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we go to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping malls and set in the shadow of the world’s tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. We enjoy a pleasant walk in this authentic bazaar, which reflects Arab culture and combines historical texture with luxury and splendor. Guests who wish may spend free time at Dubai Mall after the tour for shopping or to enjoy cafés and restaurants. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
3rd Day / 27 November 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional “Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum Tour.” After the tour, we meet at the time specified by our guide for transfer to the Megastar Tarkan Concert at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi and depart for Abu Dhabi by private vehicle. After this pleasant journey lasting about 1.5 hours, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. Accompanied by our guide, we enter the arena and experience an unforgettable night with Turkey’s megastar Tarkan, his world-class stage performance, and special production in the area reserved for us. After the concert, transfer to our hotels in Dubai.
Optional Tour: Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per Person: 90 Euro
Our pleasant journey to Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai’s newest and most popular destinations, begins. Our first stop is Ain Dubai, the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel. On this visit, which includes a standard entrance ticket, you will have the chance to admire Dubai’s breathtaking city skyline and unique coastline panorama. Then a short free time is given on Bluewaters Island. During this time, you may explore the island’s restaurants, cafés, and waterfront promenade, and take pleasant photos. After free time, we visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world’s most famous wax museums. With the standard entrance ticket included, you will have the chance to see lifelike wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and famous artists up close.
4th Day / 28 November 2026: Dubai – Istanbul
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional “Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour” and “Dinner Desert Safari Tour.” Overnight at the hotel.

At Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, a world full of flowers awaits you. In the 72,000-square-meter park, famous buildings and structures transformed entirely into colorful floral displays line up before you. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and full-size houses. In this place filled with many attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements, immerse yourself among more than 150 million blooming flowers. In the same tour, as you stroll through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya, you will enjoy the atmosphere steeped in history and its architectural beauty. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored and offer visitors the chance to experience traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya is also home to various venues such as art galleries, cafés, and handicraft shops.

Picked up by 4x4 vehicles, you can enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After an exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner accompanied by various shows and belly dancer performances. There is also the opportunity to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered free of charge as part of the tour. After dinner and the shows, the tour ends and we return to our hotel in the same 4x4 vehicles that picked us up.
5th Day / 29 November 2026: Dubai – Istanbul
After breakfast, we check out by vacating our rooms. ***Hotel room check-out and key return time is 12:00 noon***. At the time determined by your guide, we begin our journey to the airport. After ticketing and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 14:20 on Emirates Airlines flight EK0121. Our arrival is at 17:55.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- For Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be observed during mosque visits: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless clothing, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. For mosque visits, a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
- In our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed: Wear sporty and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, and pregnant guests, must inform their guide of their condition.
- To benefit from the advantageous sightseeing package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, the tour price may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Due to regional density or depending on the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide shall apply for extra tours.
- Since the hotels in the tour program are sold as VB, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip when it is sold only with category information and/or when there are options for the same destination.
- In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination to be visited. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status of the canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the stated km. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or historical site entrance fees, lasting at most 2-3 hours.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if the above-mentioned tours in the program cannot be carried out when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to operate the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, when possible.
- Our guide welcoming in the tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are sold as VB. Due to availability, in high season or special periods, changes may occur and a similar hotel may be provided; no guarantee is given for the hotel name.
- To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destination countries. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style currency that banks will not accept.
- For extra tour purchases, since the destination is processed in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- Since our package tours are abroad, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite this information being provided. Our guest shall be deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- If Turkish citizens traveling with a green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the T.C. citizen is traveling to a country that requires a visa, the visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Any obstacles arising otherwise are the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only serves as an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no authority or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers are deemed to have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or any situation that may prevent boarding.
- For passengers applying for a visa on their own, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must plan their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar amounts, provided they submit their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the aircraft lands, routes may change. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been stated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotel, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees arising from cancellation or changes to tickets due to incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Our guests must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the local police in the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to the guests if they are fined for not carrying their travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries and/or not being able to enter a border crossing. Since this is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties accept that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such a case.
- For tours conducted on routes along the way in order to provide benefit to the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra visit is over. At the end of the visit, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are visits organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to provide you, our valued guests, with the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit to be visited or traveled to for any reason will not be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for such tours or excursions not being carried out.
- Air seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically become invalid as well. The rules of the airline apply in this case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on airport information boards/screens. These should be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because the group’s departure was missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the program tickets are in the group fare class, it may be necessary, before upgrading the desired ticket, to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group fare class to an upgradeable economy class, if availability exists. Any resulting fare difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before departure.
- Before leaving Turkey, guests must check with their GSM operator whether their line is open for overseas calling/being called in order to use their mobile phones abroad.
- Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when briefly leaving or fully departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without changing the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be completed due to the absence of consent.
- General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
