Day 1: Izmir - Dubai
We will meet with our valued guests at 17:50 in front of the SunExpress Airlines check-in counter at the Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Departure Terminal. We will complete our check-in procedures at the counter. After completing passport and customs procedures, we will depart for Dubai at 20:50 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ898.
Day 2: Dubai
Upon our arrival at Dubai Airport at 02:30 local time, we will complete our passport procedures and head to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. After arriving at the hotel, we check into our rooms and rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart at the time determined by our guide for a "Panoramic City Tour - Oasis in the Middle of the Desert Dubai". We first progress along Sheikh Zayed Road, the busiest and most showy avenue in Dubai, where we see the Emirates Towers, modern skyscrapers, and famous shopping centers. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach, where we have the opportunity to take photos of the world-famous Burj Al Arab, which is known for being the only 7-star hotel in the world. Our tour continues at Dubai Marina, one of the city's most enjoyable spots with a 7 km long promenade, restaurants, and cafes. After a short free time here, we give our guests some leisure time after the panoramic tour of Medinat Souk and the city.
Guests who wish can optionally participate in a Dinner Dhow Cruise Tour with the Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour at a time determined by our guide.

We first head to the Dhow boat at the Marina, where we will have our dinner. As we cruise through the marina, we enjoy our buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we visit the Souk Al Bahar, located next to Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the world, beneath the shadow of the World's Tallest Building, Burj Khalifa. In this authentic market reflecting Arab culture, we will enjoy a pleasant stroll. Guests who wish can spend free time shopping at Dubai Mall or enjoying pleasant moments in cafes and restaurants before we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3: Dubai
After breakfast, we provide our guests with free time. Those who wish can opt for an additional tour called Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour along with the Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Dubai Miracle Garden, the largest natural flower garden in the world, offers our guests a fairy-tale atmosphere. In this giant park, spreading over 72,000 square meters, famous buildings and various structures are designed with colorful flower arrangements. You can stroll along the heart-shaped walking path, explore castles adorned with flowers, and take photos of illuminated night decorations and life-sized flower houses. You will have the chance to spend unforgettable time among over 150 million blooming flowers. As part of the same tour, we will also visit Al Bastakiya, one of Dubai's most historic areas. With its narrow streets, stone houses, and traditional markets, this area will take you on a delightful journey into the spirit of old Dubai. During our tour, we will also see the famous old Starbucks, which stands out with its architectural beauty and design compatible with the region's texture, and you will have the opportunity to take unique photos there. While restored traditional Arab houses in Al Bastakiya provide visitors a chance to experience the lifestyle of the past, art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops in the area also create an enjoyable exploration environment.

We start our desert safari experience by being picked up from your hotel with our 4x4 vehicles. During the fun and adrenaline-filled drive on the red sands, we will experience unforgettable moments and have the chance to watch the unique desert sunset with our guests. After the safari drive, we arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy our dinner accompanied by various entertaining shows and belly dance performances. Additionally, guests are given the chance to ride a camel. Throughout the tour, unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered free of charge. After dinner and shows, our tour comes to an end, and we return to our hotel with our waiting 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Dubai
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and we check out of our rooms. The latest time for checking out and returning the room keys at hotels is 12:00. Guests who wish can opt for an additional tour of Bluewaters Island: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum.
Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per Person: 90 Euros
Our enjoyable journey begins towards Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai's newest and most popular destinations. The first stop of our tour will be Ain Dubai, the world's largest and highest observation ferris wheel. During this visit, which includes a standard entrance ticket, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Dubai's breathtaking city views and the unique waterfront panoramically. Day 5: Dubai - IzmirOur departure to the airport begins at the time determined by our guide. We will complete our check-in procedures at the counter. After completing passport and customs procedures, we will depart for Izmir at 03:30 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ899. We will arrive in Izmir at 07:25 local time and say our goodbyes.

• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If adequate participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
IMPORTANT NOTES
● During the visit to the Mosque in Abu Dhabi tours, the following precautions must be observed: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is required to have a long-sleeved cardigan and scarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
● For our Desert Safari tour, please wear sports and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. It is advisable not to eat heavy meals or drink excessive amounts of water before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
● To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 participants. If participation is below 20 people, the tour prices may change, or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
● The prices of extra tours may change depending on the area's density or season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide are applicable for extra tours.
● Due to the VB processing in the tour program or in cases where only category information is given without specifying names and/or there are options available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the travel movement.
● In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination and the package only includes guiding services for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the pick-up time given by the guide.
● Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund of the requested extra tour is subject to the final decision of the local supplier.
● During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure date.
● Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction to the cities and are conducted with guide narration from within the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entries, lasting no more than 2-3 hours.
● Due to the closure of visited places by local authorities, road closures due to events, or adverse weather conditions that render the tour impossible, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle entry is not permitted.
● In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the pick-up time given by the guide.
● The listed hotels in the program are subject to availability, especially during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided, and no guarantee of the hotel name can be given.
● We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency that banks will not accept.
● Since extra tours are processed in USD at the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will apply equally.
● Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, the guests' proficiency in foreign language is their own responsibility.
GENERAL TERMS
● The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
● Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the destination country or their flights by the airline may not be carried out from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
● For passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged, it is necessary to renew them to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the visited country. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● The validity of the guest's passport must be a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, if there is an obstacle, the responsibility lies with the guests.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the embassy. The embassy has the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no authority or responsibility. Consumers have accepted these terms by registering for the tour.
● When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of a passenger, it is required for the guest to verify the correctness of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typos on the visa and any situations that may hinder flight due to this.
● For passengers who will apply for their own visas, the procurement of necessary documents (hotel confirmations, flight tickets, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Guests must consider this period when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
● If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can obtain a refund of the amount remaining excluding the consulate fees and similar fees upon presenting their unused visa within a week of its expiration date. If the guest has obtained their visa independently and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refunds will be made to the guest.
● Changes may occur in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the flight may change, and due to high demand or special periods, hotels may be changed to similar alternatives. These matters have been communicated at the time of the agreement, and the PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
● Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. Additional bedding is provided in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. It cannot be guaranteed that there will be 3 separate beds in triple rooms, but if there is a suitable room in the hotels, a block reservation will be made by the hotel according to availability.
● Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 accompanying adults.
● Hotels provide continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● When making a reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the names, surnames, birth dates, and passport numbers as they appear on the travel passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. The penalties for canceled or changed flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
● All guests, whether they obtain their travel insurance from BTB TOURS or not, are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may be fined by the local police. If they face any penalties for not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may cause difficulty in obtaining a visa or entering from a border gate for another or multiple countries, and since this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in such instances.
● To provide economic benefits and time efficiency for the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the travel route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra activity concludes. The bus will pick them up after the activity is completed, and the tour will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra tours can be conducted on different days, provided that the content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is responsible for providing the best alternative for our esteemed guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 20 people participating. If adequate participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted and/or the prices may change.
● Tours or activities that are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct these tours or activities.
● In our programs, flight seat assignments are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be cancelled automatically. In this case, the rules of the airline apply.
● Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight for such reasons or personal reasons, the guest must arrange and pay for their new ticket (if necessary to be reissued as a round-trip ticket), and may miss part or all of the initial day's program as a result. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the destination/region by a flight separate from the group, the guest is responsible for airport-city or airport-hotel transfers.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the respective flight with the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, to upgrade to the economy class, a difference in the price that the airline will indicate must be paid. The guest is responsible for any price difference arising from this. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
● To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey to ensure that your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
● During your travel, when leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use, please ensure that you have all your belongings with you.
● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities and/or the airline, without altering the program's content, in the event of force majeure or whenever deemed necessary.
● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the same category.
● BTB TOURS is not responsible for any items left, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 must have consent from at least one parent if traveling with one parent and both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for flight failures due to a lack of consent.
● The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
