- You must be at the airport at least 45 minutes before the flight.
- You must carry your original passport or Emirates ID.
- Passengers must be sober (non-alcoholic) and exhibit appropriate behavior.
- For shared flights, each passenger's weight must be less than 110 kg; guests exceeding this limit must pay for 2 seats.
- Passengers must be at least 2 years old; children under 12 years old can participate in the flight with an adult companion.
- Passengers who are more than 32 weeks pregnant will not be allowed to fly.
- For private flights, the total weight must not exceed 450 kg.
- Prohibited items such as explosives, weapons, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, food, or beverages cannot be carried.
- If any of the above rules are not followed, the flight will be canceled without refund or changes.
- This tour is suitable for healthy young adults and active travelers. No guiding services are provided. Due to religious days or official restrictions, entertainment programs may be canceled without prior notice.
- Dune bashing (desert safari driving) is not recommended for individuals with health issues and children under 2 years old. Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from participating in this tour.
