What is the difference between a private flight and a shared flight?
In a private flight, the helicopter is completely reserved for you. No other passengers are taken, offering more privacy and flexibility.
What points can be seen during the flight?
Iconic points such as the Corniche, Emirates Palace, Qasr Al Watan, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and Abu Dhabi skyline can be seen from the air. (The route may vary depending on weather conditions and operational status.)
Is hotel transfer included?
In standard packages, hotel transfer is not included. If requested, transfer can be organized for an additional fee.
When should I arrive for check-in?
You need to be at the heliport at least 45 minutes before your flight.
What documents should I bring with me?
You are required to bring your original passport.
Is there a weight limit?
In private flights, the total weight must not exceed 450 kg. This limit is mandatory for operational safety.
Can children participate in private flights?
Yes. Children aged 2 and above can participate in the flight. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Can pregnant women participate in flights?
Pregnant passengers who have exceeded 32 weeks will not be accepted for flights for safety reasons.
Is the flight safe?
All flights are conducted by licensed and experienced pilots in accordance with international safety standards.
Can I choose my seat?
In private flights, the seating arrangement is adjusted according to the preferences within the group; however, the final arrangement may be made by the pilot based on safety considerations.
