GENERAL CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general conditions and obligations set out below. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND A HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Dubai Aktiviteleri, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they incur such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Dubai Aktiviteleri' control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits may wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to operate such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before carrying out the requested upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to making/receiving international calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
