Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline company may not allow them to fly from Turkey. - To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Dubai Aktiviteleri submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport and prove that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border crossing. Since this matter is outside Dubai Aktiviteleri' control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route to provide the group with economic and time benefits accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline company's rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability permits the requested ticket to be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
- During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings.
