At the Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal, we meet at the FlyDubai Airlines counter 20 minutes before departure to complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai on Flydubai Airlines flight FZ758 at 03:20. We arrive in Dubai at 08:20 local time. Following passport procedures, we set off with our waiting vehicle to begin our panoramic city tour. Before the tour, we stop at a location for an optional breakfast. After breakfast, we first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most grand avenue, where we will enjoy panoramic views of the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk. Next, we continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo stop, we will see the world-famous one-of-a-kind 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues by vehicle to Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which features approximately 7 km of walkways surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to hotel check-in times. We begin the tour by boarding the Dhow boat at the marina for our dinner. As our boat cruises within the marina, we enjoy an open buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centers, situated in the shadow of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. This authentic market blends historical charm with luxurious splendor, offering a pleasant stroll reflecting Arab culture. In Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, you are welcomed into a world full of flowers. Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can create unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and thrilling ride across the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancing performances. There is also the option to ride camels. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are included free of charge as part of the tour services. After the meal and shows, the tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
After breakfast, free time. We meet at the time set by our guide for the transfer to Megastar Tarkan Concert held at Abu Dhabi Ethiad Arena’ and head towards Abu Dhabi with our private vehicles. After this enjoyable journey lasting 1.5 hours, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious event venues. With our guide, we enter the arena and experience an unforgettable night in the section reserved for us, where Turkish music’s megastar Tarkan performs on a world-class stage with special production. After the concert, we transfer back to our hotels in Dubai.
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and proceed with check-out procedures from our rooms. (The latest check-out time and key handover at hotels is 12:00). Guests who wish may join the additional ‘Sky View, The View at the Palm Tour’. At the time determined by your tour leader, the journey to the airport begins. After ticket and customs procedures, our FlyDubai Airlines flight FZ757 departs at 22:45 to Ankara. Our arrival time is 02:20.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Matters to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Matters to be observed on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the relevant day and at the relevant time, roads on the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as stated. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language proficiency.
GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations provided below to the guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
- Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are travelling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas, such as hotel confirmation and flight tickets, takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block it according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether or not obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to pass through a border gate. Since this is outside Dubai Aktiviteleri' control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. If they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is open for international calls/calls received abroad.
- When briefly or permanently leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when deemed necessary.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if travelling with their mother, from their mother if travelling with their father, and from both their mother and father if travelling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
