Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the guests’ responsibility.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. - Whether or not our guests obtain it from Dubai Aktiviteleri, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri’ control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a situation.

If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
