In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the guests’ responsibility.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. - Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa agency and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Whether obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for such a fine belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri’ control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the excursion will continue.

City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). They may also partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. - Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
