Is the ticket open dated?

Yes. The tickets provide an open dated single entry right. The expiration date is specified on the ticket.

How will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent directly to your email address immediately after payment. You can enter by scanning the QR code on your phone at the entrance.

Is hotel transfer included?

No. Hotel transfer is not included in the AYA Universe tickets. Transfer requests can be organized separately.
