Meet at Air Cairo Airlines counter in Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 09:15. After completing airport departure procedures, depart from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on Air Cairo Airlines scheduled flight SM304 at 12:15.
Upon arrival at local time 13:20, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms and enjoy free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Hotel transfer to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
After breakfast, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist sites during our panoramic city tour at the time set by our guide: Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque (Imam Shafi'i), Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.
Following the city tour, we will meet for our transfer at the time arranged by our guide to attend Shakira's Concert at the Giza Pyramids. We will depart in our private vehicles. The concert, held under the enchanting silhouette of the pyramids, will feel like time standing still in Giza. After the concert, we will return to our hotels for an overnight stay.
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the 'Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour' arranged additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
In the morning, after an early breakfast, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight begins at 08:00 with Air Cairo Airlines' scheduled flight SM303. Upon arrival at 11:15 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with commentary by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
- The hotels included in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
- Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are travelling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any impediment lies with the guests.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of signing the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIMES AND A CHANGE OF HOTEL.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number exactly as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether or not our guests obtain it from Dubai Aktiviteleri, they must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this situation is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri’ control, the parties accept that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided that their content remains unchanged. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in this situation.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket when availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
- During your journey, when temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri may, in the event of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, provided that the content of the program is not altered.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 travelling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those travelling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those travelling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
