Passengers who apply for their own visa usually require supporting documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.), and this process typically takes one working day. Guests should schedule their appointment dates accordingly, considering this timeline. In the event of any future issues, AcenteOURS assumes no responsibility.

If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa through AcenteOURS as an additional service mentioned in the travel contract, and if AcenteOURS cancels the corresponding trip due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can request a refund of the unused visa within one week after presenting the passport indicating the non-use of the visa. Any fees paid to the consulates for the visa or similar expenses will be deducted from the refund. If the guest obtained their visa independently or through another visa agency, no refund will be granted if AcenteOURS cancels the tour for insufficient participation or any other reason.

The city routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Flight type and times are subject to change, and passengers acknowledge that they accept the risk of schedule changes at the time of the contract.

Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels. Extra beds are provided in triple rooms, but the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantees of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be made, as the hotels block them based on availability.

The hotels offer continental breakfasts, not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.

At the time of reservation/registration, the names, surnames, birth dates, and passport numbers of the travelers must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on these details. All guests must possess an international travel and health insurance policy that covers at least one day before and after the trip, regardless of whether they obtain it through AcenteOURS. They must keep the corresponding insurance policy on hand. Guests without insurance may face penalties from the police of the country they are visiting. The guest is responsible for any penalties they incur due to not carrying insurance.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having been in certain countries may result in visa denials or prevent entry at border crossings to one or more countries; this situation is beyond the control of AcenteOURS, thus no responsibility shall be assumed.

To ensure that the visit benefits the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours will be required to wait at a nearby establishment until the extra tours are completed. At the end of the tours, our bus will pick these guests up and our itinerary will continue.

Panoramic city tours are designed for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra excursions, provided their content remains unchanged, may be scheduled on different days or may not occur due to weather conditions. In this case, AcenteOURS is obliged to provide the best alternatives to our valued guests.

The seat allocations in the flights are in groups. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The rules of the airline apply in this case.

Flight delays, gate changes and similar issues may occur last minute in airlines. Such changes must be followed on the information panels/screens at the respective airports by guests. In case of any situation where the guest misses their flight due to these conditions or personal reasons, they must cover the expenses for a new ticket (if necessary a one-way return ticket). Furthermore, they may miss the initial program due to missing the group’s departure; in which case the responsibility is on the passenger. Additionally, in case of a different flight to the city/country, the guest will be responsible for the transfer from the airport to the city or airport to the hotel.

Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets using miles may only do so after tickets have been issued, subject to availability on the related airline’s flight. Given that our programs are based on group prices, guests must pay the difference as indicated by the airline before proceeding to upgrade. Changes and emissions of group tickets generally happen a few days prior to the trip.

Before leaving Turkey, guests must check with their GSM operator that their mobile line is active for international calls/receiving calls.
