To benefit from advantageous excursion package prices during extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 15 people. If there are less than 15 participants, there may be changes in tour prices, or the tour may be conducted via the metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.

Extra tour prices may vary depending on the regional density or period. Prices during the sales stage of extra tours will be valid.

In case the program does not specify names, only category information will be provided, and/or in case there are optional options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

In our programs, the guide will be available at the destination visited. The package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation policy for the requested extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the packages are organized for the general introduction of the cities and they are maximum 2-3 hours long tours without museum or site entries.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be possible due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, road closures due to any events, or weather conditions, and BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability of these tours to be carried out. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Our tour programs begin with the meeting of the guide at the arrival airport. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide.

Hotels mentioned in the program and similar offers are subject to availability during high season or special periods. Therefore, another hotel may be provided.

To prevent guests from being affected by currency fluctuations, they are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old banknotes that banks reject.

Due to the nature of our package tours being aimed at foreign countries, the responsibility for foreign language proficiency rests with the guests themselves.

GENERAL TERMS

Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport issuance date is older than 10 years must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to, and/or they may not be able to board the flight by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passengers, and BTB TOURS assumes no liability.

Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged in any way should be renewed to avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the visited country. If an entry visa is required for Turkish citizens, the corresponding visa must be on the new passport. The responsibility will lie with the passenger in this case.

Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. In case of any impediment, it is the responsibility of the guests.

BTB TOURS serves as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa in cases it deems necessary; BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS holds no mandates or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have accepted these terms while registering for the tour.

For passengers who will apply for a visa independently, the acquisition of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically takes 1 business day. Our guests should arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly, keeping this duration in mind. Otherwise, BTB TOURS will not be responsible for any potential delays.

There will be no refund for visa fees and service fees in case the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not take part in the respective tour. If the guest obtained their visa service via BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, in case BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can request a refund of any remaining amount after submitting their passport within 1 week of the visa expiration date showing they did not use the visa, excluding any fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the aid of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be issued.

The routes may change according to the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the type and time of the plane to change; this has been communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF SCHEDULE CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are provided according to the availability of hotels. An additional bed is applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds is not provided in triple rooms; if suitable rooms are available in the hotels, they will be blocked by the hotel.

Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

Breakfast provided in hotels is continental, not Turkish. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.

Group breakfasts may be served in a separate area.

During the reservation/registration process, it is necessary to report and input the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as mentioned in the travel passport. The flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees resulting from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes will be the responsibility of the guest.

Our guests must have a valid overseas travel and health insurance, starting from one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must have the insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from local authorities. In case penalties occur due to not having travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having visited certain countries may cause a visa application rejection or may prevent crossing the border in another country/countries, and in such cases, BTB TOURS shall not be held liable as this is beyond its control.

In order to contribute to the economic and time benefits of the group visit, passengers who do not want to participate in tours along the route should accept to wait in a nearby facility until the tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick them up and our tour will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may occur on different days without changing the content, depending on the weather conditions. In such instances, BTB TOURS is responsible for providing the best alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

Tours that are not allowed to be visited due to local authorities or for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

The seating arrangements listed in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. In the event that the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may be automatically canceled. In such cases, the airline's rules shall apply.

Last-minute delays or gate changes during flights are displayed on information panels/screens at airports. These updates should be monitored by the respective persons. In case of missing a flight due to such situations or personal issues, the guest must cover their costs for a new ticket (if necessary, return tickets should be managed according to the previous item). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the initial day’s program due to missing the group’s flight; in this case, responsibility will lie with the guest. Moreover, if a different flight is taken regarding the group from the air to city or air to hotel, the responsibility for transfer lies with the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do this if there is availability in the respective airline's flight after the tickets have been issued. As the tickets listed in our programs are group class tickets, the applicable fee specified by the airline must be paid to upgrade the ticket from the group class to the available economy class. In this case, the price difference will be the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are generally issued a few days before the departure of the tour.

Children under 18 years must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, and from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. In case of failure to obtain consent, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any flight issues that may arise.
