• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be considered during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, lower back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. For extra tours, the prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply.
• When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, subject to available facilities.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability at hotels may change during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are conducted in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

  GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below must be communicated to guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND A HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri's control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility in such a situation.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content remains unchanged. In such cases, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
• Airline seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade, subject to availability. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for calls to and from abroad.
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
