• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours; men must not wear shorts, and women must not wear sleeveless tops, miniskirts, leggings or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed on our Desert Safari tour; sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• In cases where the tour is processed as VB in the tour program, or where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with a guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, it takes 1 business day to obtain the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes to the routes depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During the reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. As this situation is outside the control of Dubai Aktiviteleri, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
• For the purpose of providing the group with benefits in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra sightseeing ends. At the end of the sightseeing, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra sightseeing may be organized on different days provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Trips or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such trips or tours.
• Airline seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in this situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by the individuals concerned. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as stated in the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls/incoming calls.
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when it deems necessary.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
