• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.

• Points to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be carried for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed during our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional density or the period. For extra tours, the prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply.
• Since the tour program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with explanations by the guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD in the relevant destination, the USD–EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below must be communicated to the guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the relevant country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting circumstance that could prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block one subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number exactly as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether or not they obtain it from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry into or exit from certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of Dubai Aktiviteleri, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content remains unchanged. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer the most suitable possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for making and receiving calls abroad.
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when it deems necessary.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
