**Concert tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, and in case of cancellation (including during the free cancellation period of the reservation), a deduction of 300 EUR net per person will be applied. **

• To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for optional tours.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must notify the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. 
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and at the relevant time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, as circumstances permit, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide welcomes guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, knowledge of foreign languages is the guests’ own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program stated and the general terms and obligations set out below. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or the airline may not allow them to fly from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment belongs to the guests.                    
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility for the passenger’s failure to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were disclosed at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Extra beds are used in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number exactly as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
• Whether or not obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri’ control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility in such cases.
• For the purpose of providing the group with savings in terms of cost and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for such excursions or tours not taking place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed for such a reason or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls. 
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• In cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent document from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of such consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
