***The prices of extra tours may vary throughout the season. Therefore, the prices at the time of purchase of the extra tour will be valid.
***Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not met, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

• During the Mosque Visit in Abu Dhabi tours, the following is to be observed: Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, tights, or shorts. It is required to have a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Regarding our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed: Casual and comfortable clothing, bringing a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not drink too much water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are conducted with the participation of a minimum of 20 people. If there is participation less than 20 people, the prices of the tour may change or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on the region's density or the season. The prices at the time of purchasing from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• Due to the processing of VB in the tour program, in situations where names are not specified and only category information is given and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agent 48 hours before the travel movement.
• In our programs, the guide will meet the guests at the destination visited. The guide service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide services will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their hotel before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation or changes of extra tours. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used outside the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the travel date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with a guide narration from inside the vehicle without including museum, archaeological site entries, and are a maximum of 2-3 hours long.
• BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct mentioned tours due to the closure of the visiting sites by local authorities, road closures due to any events, or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot when the permitted vehicle access is not allowed at certain points.
• In our tour programs, the guide will be met at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at their hotel reception before the time given by the guide.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are offered for sale, but the availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rates, it is recommended that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/Worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases in the related destination are processed in USD, the USD - EUR parity will apply.
• Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, it is the passengers' own responsibility to have foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and responsibilities below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flights may not be executed by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid issues with customs at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and any visa required by the country applying vizes to Turkish citizens must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles will be the responsibility of the guests.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visa issuance if deemed necessary; BTB TOURS is not responsible for the guest's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only fulfills the role of an intermediary institution. There are no sanctions or responsibilities for personal visa applications by BTB TOURS. Consumers have accepted these conditions by registering for the tour.
• When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, the passenger must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors that occur on the visa or for any situations that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa themselves, the provision of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) generally takes 1 business day. Guests should schedule their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any delays.
• In case the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the related tour, the visa fee and service charges will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service via BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive the unused visa before the visa expiration date upon submission of their passport indicating that they did not use the visa, less any fees paid to consulates for the visa and similar amounts. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary firm and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be issued.
• Changes may occur in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type of aircraft and flight times may change; availability in hotels may vary during high seasons or special periods, and alternatives may be provided. Participants have been informed of these situations, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Extra beds are applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; it is subject to availability according to the hotel’s block.
• Children’s discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the following information as stated on the passport: name-surname, date of birth, passport number, and this information must be entered into the system. Airline tickets will be issued according to this information. Fees for cancelling or changing airline tickets due to incorrect information shall be the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before and ends one day after the tour date, and it is mandatory to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the respective country. In case of any penalties due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having previously entered one or more countries may result in visa denial or the inability to enter or exit another country. This circumstance, which is beyond BTB TOURS' control, does not hold BTB TOURS responsible.
• To provide economic and time benefits to the group, passengers who do not wish to participate in tours along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby establishment until the extra tour is completed. The bus will pick up these guests after the tour is completed, and the trip will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days as long as the content does not change or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with the condition of a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient majority is not maintained, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
• Tours that cannot be visited or conducted are not the responsibility of BTB TOURS. If local authorities do not permit visits to certain places, BTB TOURS is not liable for these tours or excursions that cannot be conducted.
• Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets will be issued together. If the outbound flight is missed or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
• Information about last-minute delays and gate changes will be shown on information boards/screens at the airports. These details should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing a flight due to these reasons or personal reasons, guests must procure their new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as per the previous item, on a round-trip basis). In addition, this may cause guests to miss a part or the entire first day's program; they will hold responsibility in this situation. Furthermore, if different flights are taken to the city/country from the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or hotel will also be the passengers' responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with mileage can only do so if there is availability on relevant flights after the tickets are issued by the airline. The flight seats in our programs are of group class, and the required further fees may need to be paid before upgrading tickets to economy class. The price difference that arises in this case will be the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
• To use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving your transportation and accommodation.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the sequence of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program due to force majeure situations or if deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for any items left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must have a consent letter from their father. If traveling with their father, they must have a consent letter from their mother. If traveling with a third party, they must have consent letters from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot be conducted due to the lack of a consent letter.
• General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
