• In Abu Dhabi tours, the following considerations need to be taken into account during Mosque visits; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, tights, and shorts; it is necessary to have a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following considerations need to be taken into account; Wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour, and too much water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
• To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In the event of less than 20 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
• The prices of extra tours may vary depending on regional density or periods. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• Due to the operational process of our program and/or if only category information is provided without specifying names, and/or if it is available as an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
• Our programs will be greeted by a guide at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during the extra tours. For return transfers, guests are required to be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The status of the cancellation and refund for the extra tour requested may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of the cities and are conducted through vehicle interior with narration by a guide, excluding museum and site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
• Panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program may be canceled due to local authorities closing visited places, roads being closed due to events, or impossible weather conditions. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted collectively or on foot within the limits of possibilities in places with closed roads or vehicle entry restrictions.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the arriving airport. For return transfers, guests are required to be prepared at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the time given by the guide.
• Hotels indicated in the program are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be given; a hotel name guarantee is not provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency types that banks will not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases in the related destination are processed in USD, the USD - EUR parity will apply the same.
• Our package tours are for international travel, so guests' foreign language proficiency is their own responsibility.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general conditions and obligations that are currently available. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot accept any responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or damaged in a similar manner must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the visited country; if the relevant visa for T.C. citizens is to be applied in the new passport.
• The validity period of guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight. In case of a problem, it is the guests' responsibility.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications.
• When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary, the accuracy of the information on the obtained visa must be checked by the guest. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings on the visa that may impede the flight.
• Passengers who will submit their own visa applications need to provide the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally within 1 business day. Guests need to take this time into consideration when scheduling appointments. Otherwise, BTB TOURS will not be responsible for any potential delays.
• The visa fee and service fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation or if the guest does not participate in the relevant tour. If the guest received their visa and visa service through BTB TOURS and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, minus the consulate fees and similar fees, after providing proof from their passport within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the help of another visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest will not be refunded.
• There may be changes in the routes based on the city where the plane will land. The type of airplane and its time may change; since availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be given. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER WILL HAVE ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE AFTER PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are subject to the hotel's availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms, but if an appropriate room is available in the hotels, blocking will be done by the hotel based on availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The hotels serve continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining hall.
• During reservation/registration, the pass-engaged name-surname, date of birth, passport number must be reported and entered into the system. The flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests are obliged to have international travel and health insurance that starts the day before the tour date and ends the day after the tour date, regardless of whether they have obtained it from BTB TOURS or not, and to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from local authorities. In cases of fines due to lack of travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry-exit into some countries can result in the inability to obtain a visa from another country or countries and/or may result in not being able to enter the border crossing; this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, and it is accepted that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such cases.
• In order to ensure that the visit benefits the group in terms of economy and duration, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the travel routes must agree to wait in a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. After the tour is completed, our bus will pick up these guests, and our journey will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative options to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not met, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Tours or trips that local authorities do not allow to be visited or conducted cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
• The seats listed in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are organized as a single ticket. In case of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline will apply.
• Flight delays and gate changes that may occur will be displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to this or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). Additionally, they may miss the initial day's program partially or completely due to missing the group's departure. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, in the event of traveling to the city/country via a different flight from the group, the transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel is also the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability in the respective flight of the airline after the tickets are issued. Since the seats in our programs are group class, the desired ticket may require payment of a fee indicated by the airline before upgrading it to an upgradeable economy class. In this case, the price difference is the passenger's responsibility. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days prior to the tour's departure.
• To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey if your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your travel, when using transportation and when departing from the hotels you stay in, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely.
• BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline used without altering the content of the program when it sees fit or in cases of force majeure.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain consent from both parents if traveling with one parent, and from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to complete the flight due to lack of consent.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
