• Points to be noted during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be noted on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, lower back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices stated by the guide at the time of purchase will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure because the reservation is processed as VB in the tour program, or because only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within the available possibilities, where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are conducted in USD at the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general conditions and obligations stated below to the guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting obstacle belongs to the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa whenever it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of intermediary. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no liability or obligation regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas, such as hotel confirmation and flight tickets, takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport within no later than 1 week from the visa expiry date that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be communicated and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether or not obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri's control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). Furthermore, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
