• You have the option to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, under this arrangement, you must land only at Sharm El Sheikh Airport and return from the same airport, and you must not leave the South Sinai Region.
• Personal expenses
• If you want to join the Cairo Pyramid Tours, after the Istanbul-Sharm El Sheikh flight, without going through passport control, 30 USD you must obtain an Egypt Visa.

• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may vary depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to optional tours.
• When only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. 
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on roads that are closed or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide welcomes guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program specified, as well as the general terms and obligations below, to the guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no liability or enforcement responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest from the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest incurs such a fine because they did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri' control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as stated in the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after their tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
