• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be cancelled or tour fees may be changed.

• Points to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be available for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be observed on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional crowding or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When the hotel is processed as VB in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels or equivalent. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed using old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD in the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
• As our package tours are intended for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below must be communicated to guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are travelling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting obstacle belongs to the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of intermediary. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no liability or sanction in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether or not obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside the control of Dubai Aktiviteleri, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is completed. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if travelling to the relevant city/country on a flight different from that of the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and roaming.
• During your trip, when leaving the means of transport you use or the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a letter of consent from their father if travelling with their mother, from their mother if travelling with their father, and from both their mother and father if travelling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
