• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be considered during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours; Men must not wear shorts, and women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour; Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional congestion or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, within the available possibilities, where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

  GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, the tour program specified, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not allow them to board their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be allocated by the hotel subject to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Dubai Aktiviteleri, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they incur such a fine because they did not carry their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Dubai Aktiviteleri' control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours organized along the route for the economic and time benefit of the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra sightseeing ends. At the end of the sightseeing, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
• Airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket in accordance with the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
• When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your journey, please make sure that you have collected all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
