Important Information

• Participants must be at least 110 cm tall and weigh no more than 135 kg.
• Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
• Guests with disabilities or limited mobility must inform us before booking so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
• Guests with diabetes, food allergies, or special health conditions are advised to inform us in advance during the reservation.
• For safety reasons, guests found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted to the activity, and in such cases no refund will be provided.

Participation Conditions

• This experience is especially suitable for young adults and adults.
• It is not recommended for guests with fear of heights (acrophobia).
• The only condition that may cause the experience to be postponed or canceled is adverse weather conditions.
• The start time may be delayed by up to 90 minutes while waiting for the weather to improve.
• If the weather does not become suitable, the activity will be postponed or canceled.
• If the reservation is canceled due to weather conditions, 100% of the fee will be refunded.

Experience Duration

The total experience duration is 90 minutes.

• 15 Minutes → Safety briefing and fastening of seat belts
• 60 Minutes → Dining experience in the sky
• 15 Minutes → Landing and unfastening of seat belts

Please be at the venue 15-20 minutes before your reservation time.

Guests who arrive late will be considered "No Show" and no refund will be provided.
