• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours operate with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on the density of the region or the period. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are carried out panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including entrance to museums or archaeological sites. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program in cases where the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within the available possibilities in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Our tour programs include guide meeting at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels, etc. included in the program are offered for sale as specified. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad travel, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport have a passport issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the said passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger being unable to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only serves as an intermediary agency. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the procurement of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• In the event that the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents the passport proving that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes according to the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the plane type and time to change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, the hotel makes a block reservation according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests are obliged to have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within the control of BTB TOURS, the parties accept that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to join the tours made along the route for the purpose of providing economy and time benefits to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum requirement of 20 participants. If the required majority is not reached, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be voided as well. In such cases, the airline company’s rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, because the group’s departure was missed, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and change the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• If children under the age of 18 are traveling with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
