• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply to extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be cancelled or tour fees may be changed.

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• Points to be considered during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
• When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the extra tour for which cancellation is requested may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with explanations by the guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or locations where vehicle entry is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied in the same way.
• As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

  GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests who will travel with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no obligation or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport and prove that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Dubai Aktiviteleri or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri's control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible for the failure to conduct such excursions or tours.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's flight, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
• When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent form from their father if travelling with their mother, from their mother if travelling with their father, and from both their mother and father if travelling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
