  • The park is completely indoor so it can be comfortably visited year-round, regardless of hot or rainy weather.
  • There are height restrictions for some attractions (e.g., visitors under 1.05m can enter certain areas for free but cannot ride certain attractions).
  • During busy periods, the waiting times for popular attractions may extend; arriving early provides an advantage.
  • Some attractions, like “The Haunted Hotel,” have an age restriction (15+) and are subject to separate rules.
  • A security check is conducted at the park entrance; large bags and prohibited items may not be allowed inside.
  • Entry is expedited with a QR code e-ticket; a printed ticket is not required.
  • Locker services within the park may be limited and chargeable .
  • Food & beverages are not included in the ticket; the restaurants and cafes in the park are chargeable.
