## Tour Program

### Day 1: Kayseri – Dubai

At the Kayseri Airport International Departures Terminal, we will be at the FREEBIRD Airlines special flight counter 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure to complete our check-in procedures.

### Day 2: Dubai

After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai at 02:30 via a special FREEEBIRD Airlines flight. We arrive in Dubai at 07:00. After completing passport procedures, we set off with our waiting vehicle to begin our panoramic city tour. Before the city tour, we first stop at a location where we will have breakfast. After breakfast, we proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most grand avenue, to view the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach. At this stop, during our photo break, we will see the world-famous only 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues by vehicle to Dubai Marina. In Dubai Marina, which has approximately 7 km of walking paths and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, after a short free time, we head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to the hotels' check-in times. Guests who wish may join the ''Dinner Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour'', which will be organized additionally in the evening hours. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. We begin our tour by boarding the Dhow boat in the Marina where we will have dinner. As our boat sails within the marina, we enjoy an all-you-can-eat dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we move to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall—one of the world's largest shopping centers—under the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. This authentic market combines historical charm with luxurious splendor, offering a pleasant stroll reflecting Arab culture. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are arranged, transformed entirely into colorful flower exhibitions. At this place featuring many attractions and various interesting arrangements, immerse yourself among over 150 million blooming flowers. Also within the same tour, while strolling through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya, you will enjoy the atmosphere filled with history and architectural beauty. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many traditional houses in the area have been restored and offer visitors the chance to experience the traditional Arab way of life. Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dance performances. Riding a camel is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services included in the tour. After the meals and shows, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.

Departing from Dubai, we pass Jebel Ali, the world's largest man-made port. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world and capable of accommodating 41,000 people for prayer simultaneously. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers unforgettable photo opportunities. While touring Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates, you will witness how modern the city has become today, having been a small fishing village in the recent past. You will see the Al Bateen district and the Corniche Road in this ultra-modern Arab city characterized by wide boulevards and skyscrapers. After a photo break at Emirates Palace, you will visit Miras Village, an authentic replica of the city's past, where you can experience the traditional lifestyles, customs, and mud houses of the Arabs. Lunch will be served as a buffet during the tour. After the meal, we continue our tour. We view the Louvre Museum on Saadiyat Island panoramically, then proceed to Yas Island, recognized as an entertainment hub and host of the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. Then we head to Global Village, which hosts countries from all over the world and turns that area into a fairground. After the free time given here, we return to our hotel.

In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. The journey to the airport begins at the time set by your tour leader. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service to Kayseri starts at 12:45. Our arrival is at 15:15.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Points to be considered during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, mini skirts, leggings or shorts; and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

- Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and large amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.

- In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.

- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional congestion or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.

- When the process is handled as VB in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour for which cancellation is requested may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with a guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrance fees.

- Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.

- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.

- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.

- As transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.

- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS

- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations provided below. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.

- Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are travelling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible in any way.

- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the guests’ responsibility.

- Dubai Aktiviteleri acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa whenever it deems necessary, and Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri assumes only the role of an intermediary institution. Dubai Aktiviteleri has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

- When Dubai Aktiviteleri applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for any possible disruptions.

- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Dubai Aktiviteleri Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Dubai Aktiviteleri cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.

- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.

- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.

- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.

- During the reservation/registration process, the first and last name as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancelling or changing flight tickets due to incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.

- Whether or not our guests obtain it from Dubai Aktiviteleri, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility lies with the guests.

- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is beyond Dubai Aktiviteleri’ control, the parties acknowledge that Dubai Aktiviteleri bears no responsibility in such a situation.

- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Dubai Aktiviteleri is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.

- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.

- The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.

- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.

- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

- Dubai Aktiviteleri may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when it deems necessary.

- Dubai Aktiviteleri reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.

- Dubai Aktiviteleri is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.

- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a notarized consent form from their father if travelling with their mother, from their mother if travelling with their father, and from both their mother and father if travelling with a third person. Dubai Aktiviteleri cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.

- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
