Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, prices may change, or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours as long as the content remains the same.

Prices for extra tours may change based on the regional density or period. The prices are valid based on the sales made by the guide during the purchase of extra tours.

If names are not specified in our programs and only category information is provided, and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the trip.

Our programs will be accompanied by a guide, and the package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and return airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will be included as well. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.

Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance for extra tour cancellations or changes. The cancellation or refund situation for the extra tour will vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, information will be provided by AcenteOURS two days before the tour movement date.

Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for the general introduction of cities and do not include entries to museums or archaeological sites and are generally conducted within a maximum of 2-3 hours.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted if local authorities close the places to be visited, due to any event, or if the roads on the route are closed for weather conditions. In these cases, AcenteOURS is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be carried out collectively or on foot within the limits of available options where vehicle access is not allowed.

Our program welcomes guests at the arrival airport. During return transfers, the guide must be present at the reception of the hotel where the guest is staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

To avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, guests are advised not to exchange large amounts of currency.

Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks at the destination. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old currency notes that banks will not accept.
GENERAL CONDITIONS

Guests traveling with a green passport from the Republic of Turkey must renew their passport if the issuance date of their passport is more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be allowed into the destination country and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS is not responsible in any way.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, those passports should be renewed, and if the Republic of Turkey requires a visa to enter the country, the related visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

The validity period of the guest's passports must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight. In such a case, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.

AcenteOURS is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if it deems necessary, and AcenteOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary organization. AcenteOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers register for the tour accepting these conditions.

The documents needed by passengers who will make their visa applications independently (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) generally take 1 business day to be prepared. Guests should consider this duration while adjusting their appointment dates and times, otherwise, AcenteOURS is not responsible for any possible complications.

Passengers cancelling their reservation and/or being unable to participate in the relevant tour will not be refunded for the visa fee and service charge. If the passenger receives their visa through AcenteOURS’ visa department and this visa service is indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the passenger can refund the remaining amount except for the consular fees paid for the visa, upon presenting their passport within 1 week indicating they did not use the visa. If the passenger obtains their visa through their own means or with the help of another visa brokerage firm and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, there will be no refund made.

The flight path may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. It may also be possible to change the aircraft type and time, and this situation is accepted as it is stated at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Rooms for 3 people are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and when there are suitable rooms in hotels for this, blockages are made by the hotel based on availability.

Hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

During the reservation/registration stage, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number that appear in the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees arising from cancellations or changes of flight tickets due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

Guests must have and carry an international travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date. Guests without the insurance may face fines imposed by local authorities. The responsibility lies with the guests if they face fines due to not having insurance.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having traveled between countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or prevent entry at the border. In this context, AcenteOURS assumes no responsibility, as it is beyond their control.

In order to provide an economical and time-efficient experience for the group visit, guests who do not wish to participate in optional tours will be required to wait at a nearby facility until the conclusion of the tour. Once the tour ends, our bus will pick them up.

Panoramic city tours are organized for the general introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions, provided that the content does not change, may be organized on different days or may not occur due to weather conditions. In such a case, AcenteOURS is responsible for offering the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or changes in prices may occur.

Tours or excursions not permitted by local authorities due to any reason cannot be conducted. AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or excursions.

Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and departure and return are organized as a single ticket. In case the departure flight is missed and/or not utilized, the return flight may also get canceled. In this context, the rules of the airline will apply.

Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed at the airports on information boards/screens. Guests must monitor these details themselves. In such a case, or if the flight is missed for personal reasons, the guest is required to pay for the new ticket (if necessary, as a return ticket) themselves. Additionally, they may miss the initial day’s program partially or completely due to missing the group’s departure, in which case the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling with a different flight from the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so if availability exists after the tickets have been issued for the relevant flight by the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are from a group class, if the desired ticket is to be upgraded, the difference indicated by the airline must be paid before processing the upgrade to an eligible economy class. This difference is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are usually issued a few days before departure.
