In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination, the package includes guidance service only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfer to the airport. Guidance services will also be included if extra tours are purchased. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.

Guests must report any changes or cancellations of extra tours to the guide at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour will depend on the final decision of the local supplier.

GENERAL TERMS

Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport was issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or the airline may refuse to carry them for the flight from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS assumes no liability.

To avoid issues with customs police at the country border due to torn, worn, soaked and/or damaged passports; it is necessary to renew those passports, and if a Turkish citizen is required to obtain a visa, that visa needs to be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.

Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle will be the responsibility of the guests.

AcenteOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa if it sees fit; AcenteOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, AcenteOURS has no penalties or responsibilities. Consumers accept these terms by registering for the tour.

The time required for passengers to apply for their visas through their means is normally one business day. Our guests need to take this time into consideration for arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, AcenteOURS will not be responsible for potential setbacks.

If a guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If a guest obtained their visa and visa service through the AcenteOURS Visa department and that visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, if AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for other reasons, the guest can receive the remaining amount excluding fees paid to embassies for visa processing after presenting their passport to show that they did not use the visa, within a week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa through other means or with the assistance of a different visa brokerage firm and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.

Depending on the city the plane is landing in, changes may occur on the routes. The type and time of the plane may change, and this situation is accepted by the PASSENGER, who purchases the tour knowing the risk of HOUR CHANGE.

Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an additional bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be made, and if there is a suitable room in the hotel, reservation will be made by the hotel.

Hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

During the booking process, it is required to present the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number of the traveler as specified in their passport. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes to plane tickets caused by incorrect information fall on the passenger.

Guests must have travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from AcenteOURS or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may incur fines from the relevant country police. In the event of penalties due to not carrying insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered one country may cause an inability to obtain a visa or enter the borders for another country, and since AcenteOURS does not have control over this situation, acceptance of these terms by the parties is necessary.

To provide travel economy and efficiency for the group, participants who do not want to take part in optional tours conducted along the travel route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group returns. At the end of the tour, the bus will pick up those guests and continue our journey.

Panoramic city tours are arranged for the promotion of the cities. City tours and extra trips may be held on different days considering conditions, without altering the content. AcenteOURS is responsible for providing the best alternatives for our esteemed guests in such cases. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, additional tours may not take place or prices may differ.

Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for visits to be made will not be conducted. AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip ticket is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or unused, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.

Flight delays and gate changes may occur, and these will be displayed on the information boards/screen at the airports. These pieces of information should be monitored by individuals. If a situation arises where the flight is missed due to such conditions or personal reasons, the guest will need to cover the cost of the new ticket. Also, if the group’s departure is missed, they may partially or completely miss the initial day's program; in this situation, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight, the passenger must handle their own transfer from the airport to the city or hotel.

Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets to mileage can only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline of the purchased ticket after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats included in our programs are group class tickets, if they wish to upgrade the desired ticket, the passenger must pay a difference in price as determined by the airline before being upgraded from the group class to an upgradeable economic class. In such cases, any price difference is the responsibility of the passenger. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
