2nd Day - Istanbul - Sharjah – Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we will depart for Sharjah at 00:35 with Air Arabia Airlines flight G9284. We will arrive at 05:45 local time. After passport procedures, we will start our tour with the vehicle waiting at the airport. Before our panoramic city tour, we will take an extra break for a free breakfast. After having breakfast, we will head out for the "Oasis in the Middle of the Desert Dubai" City Tour. We will first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, the busiest and most magnificent avenue in Dubai, and see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, and shopping malls panoramically. Then, we will continue to Jumeirah Beach. During our photo break here, we will see the world-famous only 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we will continue our tour to Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which has approximately 7 km of walking paths surrounded by restaurants and cafes, our last stop will be the Blue Waters Island, created by land reclamation in 2018. Here, we will have the opportunity to see the world's largest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai, up close and take beautiful photos. After the tour, we will head to our hotels for check-in as per the hotels’ check-in time, followed by free time. First, we will transfer to the Dhow boat, where we will have our dinner while cruising in the Marina. We will enjoy an open buffet dinner while sailing, taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we will head to Souk Al Bahar, which is located next to Dubai Mall and underneath the shadow of the World's Tallest Skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. We will take a pleasant stroll through this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Guests who wish can spend free time at Dubai Mall after the tour, shopping or enjoying at cafes and restaurants. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures have been transformed into colorful flower displays. Immerse yourself in more than 150 million blooming flowers amid many attractions and a variety of interesting arrangements. We will start our tour at The View at The Palm observation tower, the world's largest man-made island, Palm Jumeirah. IMPORTANT NOTES
● In order to benefit from advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency official during the tour.
● Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices, or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
● Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. The prices valid at the time of transaction with the guide will be applicable for extra tours.
● In our programs, if only category information is provided without specifying names or if there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the city tour.
● Our tours must be conducted with a guide who will meet the guests at the designated destinations; the included guide service in the package only covers a panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. During the extra tours, different guides may accompany our guests.
● Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status for the canceled extra tour will vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament periods, hotels may be located beyond the specified distances. In such cases, your agency will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of the cities and are conducted with a guided narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
● In case the sites to be visited are closed due to local authorities, if the routes are closed due to any events or if adverse weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, the agency will not be held responsible for the inability to conduct mentioned tours. Some tours may be performed by public transport or on foot at locations with closed streets or where vehicle access is not permitted.
● The meeting with the guide in our tour programs takes place at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are accommodated by the time the guide specified for pick-up.
● Hotels mentioned in the program are presented for sale. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
● To avoid being affected by currency exchange rate differences, it is advised that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be made with old banknotes that banks will not accept.
● Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, the responsibility for language proficiency lies with the guests.

GENERAL TERMS
● Guests traveling with a green passport must renew their passport if the issuance date is over 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country and/or flights may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency assumes no liability.
● To avoid complications with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed and if the destination country applies visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any issues preventing the flight are the responsibility of the guests.
● The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny visas in necessary cases; the agency assumes no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency only takes on the role of an intermediary. In personal visa applications, the agency bears no penalties or responsibilities. Consumers have accepted these conditions by registering for the tour.
● For passengers applying for their own visas, the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to prepare. Guests should plan their appointment dates and times accordingly to account for this period; otherwise, the agency will not be responsible for any potential issues.
● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refund will be provided for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest obtained their visa through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the travel contract, and if the agency cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest can receive a refund for the excess amount paid, excluding fees paid to embassies for the visa, provided they submit their passport showing they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. No refund will be given if the guest secured their visa independently or with the assistance of another visa intermediary firm, and the agency cancels the related tour for insufficient participation or other reasons.
● Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. Changes in the type and timing of the aircraft may occur; this situation was disclosed at the time of contract and the passenger accepted the risk of the time change by purchasing the tour.
● Passengers must be ready at the airport where the flight will depart at least 3 hours before the flight. Guests with domestic flights need to purchase their tickets based on their flight time. The agency is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from the passenger's failure to catch the flight.
● Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is a supplementary bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if there are suitable rooms at the hotels, a block will be placed by the hotel based on availability.
● Child discounts are only valid for children accompanying 2 paying adults.
● The hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
● At the time of reservation/registration, it is required to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as it appears in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance policy valid for the day before the tour date until the day after the tour date and must carry this policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may incur fines from local authorities. The responsibility for any penalties incurred due to not carrying the insurance lies with the guests.
● Due to international diplomatic relations, having visited certain countries may cause difficulties in obtaining visas or entering the border for other countries, and in such situations, the agency has no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties.
● Guests who do not wish to participate in tours that contribute to the benefit of the group in terms of economy and duration along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is completed. The bus will pick up these guests after the tour ends, and our journey will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, the agency is obliged to offer the best possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or prices may change.
● Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.
● The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing or not utilizing the outbound flight, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this circumstance, the rules of the airline apply.
● Last minute delays and gate changes during flights will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be tracked by individuals. In case one misses the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, they must cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket (as per the previous item, if necessary, it may be a round-trip ticket). Furthermore, they may partially or entirely miss the program due to missing the group’s departure; in such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport to city or airport to hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using their miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, subject to availability on the relevant flight of the airline. The flight seats in our programs are in the group class, thus if they wish to upgrade to an economy class ticket, they may have to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading. The responsibility for the resulting price difference lies with the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days prior to the departure of the tour.
● To use your mobile phone abroad, please check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls/receiving calls.
● During your trip, when temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using, please ensure you have collected all your belongings.
● The agency reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
● The agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
● The agency is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, or from both parents if traveling with a third party. The agency cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of consent.
● General terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
